1. Authorized use
Shorts Dashboard is provided to approved channel owners, managers and collaborators. You may connect only Google Accounts and YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your dashboard credentials secure.
- Maintain accurate channel ownership and authorization information.
- Use the service in compliance with Google, YouTube and applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access another user's data.
3. Google services
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube services are provided under their own terms. Availability of API data may change, and users can revoke Google authorization at any time.
The optional Learning features distinguish official measurements, observations, hypotheses and evaluated changes. An experiment does not guarantee improvement or causality. API-derived functionality is subject to the applicable permissions; an operator's request cannot waive Google's requirements. No trial videos or additional AI spending are enabled merely by installing Learning.
4. Service availability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but maintenance, provider outages and API limits may temporarily affect operation. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
5. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when required to protect accounts, investigate misuse, comply with provider rules or maintain system security. Users may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time.
6. Privacy
Our handling of Google and YouTube data is described in the Privacy Policy. Instructions for requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.
