Revoke access immediately
Open your Google Account third-party permissions, select Shorts Dashboard and remove its access. This affects the Google authorization, including other app features using the same connection.
Delete Learning API data for one channel
In the authenticated dashboard, open Learning, select the instance and channel, and use its YouTube-data deletion control. This disables Learning for that scope and removes its API evidence and dependent findings. It preserves your original production files and does not delete or modify videos on YouTube. This control does not revoke the shared OAuth token or erase unrelated legacy reports.
Request deletion from Shorts Dashboard
For deletion across the entire app, email ferreyromonii@gmail.com from the Google Account associated with the connection. Include the YouTube channel name or channel ID and the affected instances. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens. The operator checks your authority and the affected connection, legacy reports and managed backups.
What we delete
An application-wide request covers the applicable OAuth credentials, connection records, stored Google/YouTube API data and findings derived from it. These are distinct from the scripts, audio and other original production assets you supplied or created. Revoking Google access or deleting app data does not remove content from YouTube.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days; external Google revocation requires deletion of the applicable stored data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days. Managed copies and backups must be addressed within the applicable deadline. A restored backup must not reintroduce deleted data or reactivate revoked access. The Learning control is not a claim that every legacy store is automatically purged; application-wide requests require operator verification.
